Colorless leaded crystal cognac snifters made in Russia circa 1992-94 have wheel-etched dot in diamond designs and are decorated with an etching of the Russian Imperial crown. In very good condtion, no chips. Hand made, several "seed" bubbles evident.
A snifter is a short-stemmed container also known as a balloon. It has a wide bottom and a somewhat narrow top. The narrow top traps the aroma and the rounded bottom allows the glass to be cupped to warm the liquor. They will hold 6-8 oz. but are usually only partially filled. Sorry, sold
