Russian Filigree Tea Glass Holder

national drink, hot tea. Our Petrograd style holders are plated
in pure silver over copper filigree. A scalloped handle sets off the
design. Each is hand made in the village of Mstera,
renown for such delicate arts as lacework and miniature painting.
