Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ (Собор Воскресения Христова) Mug and Saucer. This St. Petersburg cathedral is also known as the Church of the Savior on Blood (Церковь Спаса на Крови). It was built in on the site where Tsar Alexander II was fatally wounded in 1881. Its construction was started by his son, Alexander III, and finished by his grandson, Nicholas II. Its main influence is medieval Russia, especially St. Basil's Cathedral on the Red Square in Moscow. "Church of the Resurrection of Christ - Savior on the Blood - Saint Petersburg" are the words, in Russian, that encircle the saucer. 

From the Imperial Porcelain Factory (formerly Lomonosov) in St. Petersburg, Russia. Mug is 4" high and 3¾" diameter. Saucer is 6" diameter. Holds 10 oz.
