Service plates act as a base for soup bowls, salad plates, and for the main course. A service plate is removed before dessert. Cobalt Net is the classic Russian decorative pattern and this plate is the genuine article! Fully hand painted and decorated at the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory in St. Petersburg, Russia. Mineral cobalt, 22Kt gold. 12" diameter.
