Cobalt Net Tea Caddy. A tea caddy is a container to store loose tea. But, it can be used as a decanter for spirits or sake (hence the square cup). Includes a porcelain stopper and the square cap. A fancy piece and well decorated in the classic Cobalt Net patterning. 6"x 3½"x 2½". 1 available.
As an additional point of interest, this particular piece has a legend on the bottom that reads: "Cobalt Net (TM) and 22 Carat Gold" in the same cobalt used to decorated the piece. We've only seen this once (here) and was probably a prototype to discourage counterfeits, a problem which was rampant in the early 2000s.
