The graceful and delicate heart-motif is repeated at least numerous times. Each piece is made by hand, and not by a machine. This candy bowl is a work of art - an outstanding example of filigree craftsmanship that was perfected during the days of Catherine the Great in the mid-18th century. Kazakavo is a town Nihzny Novgorod known for creating beautiful filigree work which is truly unique to Russia. 99.9% pure silver plated and lacquer protected to preserve the beauty. 4" height, 5" diameter.
