Sleeping Beauty, a traditional European fairy tale which was Americanized via "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs), was popularized by Alexander Pushkin as The Sleeping Princess and the Seven Bogatyrs. The handsome prince Yelesei finds Beauty sleeping in the Forest trapped in golden lace. As he removes it, he prepares to revive her, and, of course, journey together on the path of happily ever after.
