Standard tea glass holder insert

Standard tea glass holder insert. Hand applied white banding. Top diameter: 2⅝". Bottom diameter: 2⅜". About 4" tall

These glasses were made at the Gus-Khrustalny Glass Factory in the Vladimir region of Russia in the late 1980's and early 1990's. The factory at that time was noted for production of fine crystal as well as simple household items.
