Domestic Shipments: Free shipping on orders $99 or more. $7.99 flat rate shipping for orders under $99. Delivery may take 2 - 9 business days from shipping date depending on distance. We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage. Some larger packages will ship with UPS.
International Shipments: We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. We use the U.S. First Class International Package Service for packages up to 4 pounds. Heavier packages are sent by USPS Priority International Service. Delivery may take 4-6 weeks from shipping date. Our shopping cart will calculate actual cost when you provide address details (use the link: Estimate Shipping and Tax.) Note that there may be some restrictions, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Import duties are not included in the item price and shipping. These charges, if any, are due upon delivery and are the customer's sole responsibility. Check with your local customs office if there are any customs duties in your location.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
