Nicholas II Bisque Porcelain Bust. Tsar Nicholas was the last Tsar of Royal Russia and the last reigning Emperor of Russia, King of Congress Poland, and Grand Duke of Finland from November 1, 1894 until his abdication on March 15, 1917. "Николай II" imprinted into the base of the bust. He is depicted in a simple military uniform with braid and St. George cross.
