A charming print portrait of Tsarina Alexandra Feodorovna, as painted by Nikolai K. Bodarevsky, in 1907. Mauve was the favorite color of Her Imperial Highness, so much so, that she had a quiet, private room in the Alexander Palace, with the color throughout. This unique piece has a mauve accent mat within an octagonal gold leaf frame. 14" Excellent condition. One only as shown. Reflections of studio lights may be seen in the picture frame glass.
