Vintage Stacker Toy. This girl stacker toy resembles many cultures. It might be Salvo (Estonian) arts and crafts factory work, or perhaps it's Danish, or even Czech work. Even Poland can't be ruled out! This is the beauty of folk art. Since the stacker is unidentified, it can be one of the above, or even none of the above. In any case, it's very interesting. The red and yellow collar work that look like tulips might hold a clue in all this.
Approximately 9" in height and 4" base diameter. Some wear to the paint, and some soil. Uncommon, 1 only.
