Product Description
"Frog Princess" ("Царевна Лягушка"). The three Tsarevich brothers fire their arrows in three different directions. Fired enamel panel on chased copper, including elaborate chased and repousse metalwork. Both the top and the bottom of the panel have additional chasing of a church skyline and the frog in the pond on a lily pad holding the consequential arrow. Cloth covered wood back. Moscow, c. 1978-84. 10¼" x 12¼". Some indications of use, minor wear, about fine. 1 only.
Note: the photos from the camera in the images show reflections from the lights, i.e, "hot spots", which bounce from off of the enamel, which itself is in fine condition filling each cell completely.
Another note: the colors are much more vibrant than the pictures show.
