Coachman in a Horse-Drawn Sleigh (Ямщик в конных санях). Carved grouping consisting of a Horse-drawn Russian Sleigh and a Well-Dressed Man Riding and Holding the Reins. Horse is on a separate base and man is inside the sleigh, both which are on a longer, footed base. Excellent detail. From Bogorodsk, Moscow region. Signed by the artist and dated 1999.
Lime wood carving, fine condition. 11½"x 6¾" x 2¾". 1 only.
