Dachshund (Такса). The name of this hound, which comes via the German language, literally means "badger dog". He is a burrower by nature. A dachshund is long-bodied and muscular with short stubby legs, and has a long snout. Hand painted porcelain, USSR backstamp on the bottom of one of the feet. 6" x 3" x 4½".
