Grandfather Frost (Дед Мороз). An uncommon small 4-nest made sometime in the 1990s for a short while. On the bottom of the first doll is the "Made in Russia" orange paper label with the product number typed in (as opposed to the earlier labels with the product number written by hand). These were part of a group of dolls that were made in and around the time of the breakup of the Soviet Union, and shortly thereafter. 5" down to 1¼". Well-crafted in traditional Semenov colors and nice lathe work. 1 only.
