Cobalt Net is the classic Russian decorative pattern and this plate is the genuine article! Fully hand painted and decorated at the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory in St. Petersburg, Russia. Mineral cobalt, 22Kt gold. Actual size is 10⅝" diameter.
