Matching set of paperweights with reproductions of a commemorative ruble coin that was originally minted in 1913 for the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty (1613-1913). The coin depicts the first Tsar of the second dynasty to rule Russia, Mikhail Romanov, aka Michael I, together with the last Tsar, Nicholas II. Michael is depicted in royal robes and a monomakh’s cap and Nicholas is depicted in the military uniform of the life guards of the fourth infantry regiment of the Imperial family. The reverse side of the coin features a crowned double headed royal eagle, a symbol of the Russian Empire. 2¼" diameter. Antique "cigar box" flag of Russia. 8½x5¾". 3 items.
