Product Description
The Novels Of Ivan Turgenev. 13 volumes of 15. A mix of similarly printed and bound editions printed in London by William Heinemann and in New York by Macmillan and Company. All of the books indicate Macmillan in gilt on the bottoms of the spines. (Apparently, the New York publication is harder to find than the London ones.) All are bound in brown cloth with "The Novels of Ivan Turgenev" and a gilt stamped double-eagle on the front cover. Books are in various condition with mostly the spines and cloth suffering the most indignities. Descriptions of the volumes and condition follow below. There are no former owner names or writing that we could find. Books, in and of themselves, are pricey. This is for all 13 volumes with an average of $10 each. A nice vintage reading set. IN ENGLISH. 1 set only.
