Н. Славина (N. Slavina). I. B. Chizhova. (И. Б. Чихова). Nina Pavlovna Slavina (1928-2000) worked at the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory as a celebrated artist as well as an art critic. She studied at the Leningrad Higher School of Art and Industry named after V. I. Mukhina from 1946 to 1954, upon which she began her artistic career at the oldest Leningrad porcelain factory named after M. V. Lomonosov as artist (1969 to 1978 ), senior artist (1978 to 1985) and finally chief artist. She produced hand painted pieces and designed many of the beloved and popular blue and gold patterns such as Golden Garden, Peacock, Grouse and others.
